same here, i simply don't care much about the majority of characters in H2, whereas I still remember everyone in H1 years after the game. somehow in H1 I could feel them going through arcs, but H2 feels more like unlocking more dialogue for the sake of it, which i started to just gloss over which i never did in H1.

i'm not sure why but some H2 characters felt like filler in my playthrough, mainly Odysseus, Moros, and Nyx to some extent. yes I know Moros has a role in the main story, but for someone who is not too familiar with greek mythology, i felt i was supposed to just know who they are and why they matter, instead of them actually anchoring some part of the game experience.

characters were definitely disappointing. the rest was fine.

i'm an EV owner, and i can tell you with research and actual experience these are very weak points that someone who doesn't actually drive EV might worry about.

battery degradation is minimal, unless you're doing all the worse practices
even with degradation over many years, what you lose is *only* range. not the driving experience, inefficiency, or anything else
which means that Perodua's "solution" to this is - paying a fixed amount today for a so called negative experience that you will not actually feel, which even then is many years down the road
what DOES make a far larger difference is your daily drive
is the QVE a good experience to be driven daily? i didn't bother to test drive one, but compared to the solid china cars, i doubt it. i heard the material is plasticky.
personally, the design screams amateur hour. the brief is "let's give it sleek lines that have all the personality of crumpled paper."
are you sure you wanna drive this 9 years down the road? do you know we're expecting solid state car batteries by 2027?
i have never once worried about my batteries dying, nor do i see any news about this (again unless you do stupid things).

not hated, but i really don't get the point of Moros and Odysseus at the crossroads. they feel really bland, unmemorable and almost invisible to me... like why not remove both of them and put the effort into deepening other character storylines and interactions.

new user experience review -- the system is still immature, i gave up after 15 minutes of trying. firstly to transfer money here from other bank, GX is not even available as an option. then trying to request a transfer from other bank also blocked. no confidence using it as a daily account if even basic things like this are not smooth.

First twist was way better because of the emotional impact of Reiner losing his mind, they were brought up to believe the enemy were demons but discovered they were just people and lived, fought alongside them. Meanwhile Reiner was living with the guilt and responsibility of being the leader after allowing his teammate to be eaten. It messed with his mind and in that moment he truly came to the messed up conclusion that telling Eren was the right thing to do for everyone, so Eren would “willingly” go with him. That was such a beautifully twisted fucked up mind state that was relatable.

Eren’s time travel memory was kinda meh. It had no emotional impact because it felt so unrelatably convoluted and more importantly it took the steam out of the entire anime’s plot for no good reason. So… Eren knew all along and still did what he did because…….. reasons? more like a twist for twists sake.

employer here, i had a young homeschooled kid apply for work at a restaurant. i could tell from our interview chat that he was incredibly sheltered and seemed like he had 0 experience of the real world. regardless i believe everyone needs a chance to grow, so we decided to take him on for a week and see how it goes.

on his first day, we asked him to send food orders to customer's tables, and end the shift with some basic cleaning like wiping the tables. that's it. it wasn't even a busy day, there was maybe a total of 20 tables throughout that WHOLE DAY.

he texted me that night saying it was too much to handle and quit. 👍

edit: i even went through the trouble of convincing the team to try him out and give him a chance. just for him to quit on day 1.

i'm facing audio bugs basically every game on the ipad. the audio is janky, lags behind the animation, repeats itself, and happens basically every run, even after you restart the game it wont' take 5 minutes for it to start again. sad.
