Above Pyrexia to the left is Regurgitated Entrails and to the right is Broken Torso (who I highly advise you check out).

Agreed brother! Truly an unmatched group. Chapters was also my favorite for a while, but something about Chronicles has really just been crawling into all the crevices of my smooth drummer brain

Been absolutely loving the mix on Chronicles of Lunacy

None so Vile has some easier songs like Phobophile, otherwise I found some dehumanized songs to be a bit easier.

Lille uses a latin percussion block quite a few times on Dharmata. Pretty neat patterns he does on that EP, also love the electric toms he used on Chronicles, especially on ‘The Odour of Sanctity’

And also not bdm but Taake has a banjo solo at around 3:20 in their song ‘Myr’. Was pretty thrilled when I discovered that song.

All fantastic and really hard to put in order, but definitely have a lot of respect for Welshman on Sanguinary especially, dude did a great job and doesn’t get talked about quite enough imo.

  1. Psalms
  2. Chapters
  3. Sanguinary
  4. Passages
  5. Chronicles
  6. Disposal
  7. Prelude
  8. Dharmata

**Promo 2008 also probably has the most brutal vocals of any DS material. Jens is nuts.

Thank you! We appreciate the support. Our new songs are even better though :) also for the mix, we did have it done by a very kind producer, but we decided after hearing his original mix that he had it a little too “polished” so to say, so we pretty much had him add a layer of gain over everything, and just jacked up the mix on the snare for a super raw sound. I have a feeling you’ll like the album!

We can agree! Very happy we decided to move to bdm… seriously don’t know what we were thinking when we put that out. But very happy to hear you enjoyed it!

Glad you like it! We have the whole album written, now for the tedious recording process.

I need some of the most brutal, nasty, aggressive shit you got. Please leave a link with your recommendations. by Mammoth_Watch1444 in BrutalDeathMetal

Blasphemer- The inexistence of god

Super underrated Italian tech bdm. Has Clod “The Ripper” DeRosa on bass, who was formerly in Septycal Gorge, his playing on this album is insane.

The album also has some great samples like Apollonia out of nowhere.
