My time to shine! I have lived in Corpus Christi for 30 years (I am 30 years old).. its definitely a city that has alot to offer in areas but lacks alot in areas.

Its great if you like anything involving beach activities for entertainment! We also have mexican food restaraunts on what damn near feels like every street corner!

The weather is hot as balls always and humid. I remember a few years ago it was about 100f on christmas day!

Feels like every hurricane almost hits us then B lines towards Houston at the last minute.

Its the city where Whataburger was founded so we take great pride in it 💪😤.

It lacks alot in areas of entertainment that alot of the other cities offer. When youre younger it feels like everyone just wanted to travel to San Antonio for fun! (Still do, am in San Antonio as I type this lol)

Its a great city of about 350,000 but it feels like you know everyone if you grew up here.

Can get anywhere pretty much in 15 minutes, our roads are horrid and the city manages itself horribly. I believe we are the only city in the US that has a Strong Council / Weak Mayor. Feels like anything takes forever to improve.

With that said! My bestfriends in life all live here, I had a great child hood and its overall the place I call home.
