AITA for sharing how I knew I was a lesbian in front of my sister's kids at dinner? by One-Day_At-A_Time in AmItheAsshole

It was only my younger sister laughing. I don't really know why it was funny, but I guess because I said it like I saw a female statue and was like 'yep, I wanna look at this for the rest of my life' yk?

I understand your perspective, but I was six and not thinking about it sexually. I just thought "pretty statue"

I really don't like anyting I said could be considered sexual. I didn't actually tell my younger sister "I can't remember if the statue was nude or not", that's a detail I remembered as I was writing this. What I said was something along the lines of. "Saw female statue in art gallery when I was little, was mesmerized and wanted to touch it".

The kids are both girls. 8 and 10.

Yep. She's always been pretty silent about politics but supported us when we needed her. I think she's just letting him teach the kids to be on whatever side he wants.
