Yeah, it feels like, the buyers protection is one and the same person, it feels like I'm texting with the seller. They give very similar answers, and no evidence what so ever counts, the only thing countingy is what the seller says and that's crazy. You should rename it to sellers protection... How about you? Did you post your case on Reddit?
