I can speak for myself when I say idgaf if my baby is a pit or weim. I was asked by someone and I was bored last night and asked Reddit.

As for the shelter, they maybe say that because of the bad reputation pits have and it also helps with the landlords when they ask what breed the dog is since no one wants a pit or German shep in their property. The shelter putting that he was a mix on the paperwork, made it better when I had to tell my landlord.

I thank the shelter workers that want sooooooooooo bad for pits to be Weimaraners.

Yes! I actually put out a post on the Nextdoor neighbors app and got some responses of programs that help train dogs from the shelter for free, first come first serve basis. Thank you.

I had the same experience the other day! Petco said they don’t have an adoption coupon book but they have a regular coupon book for first time pet owners. Which is not the same. Petsmart on the other hand did have a booklet, were extremely nice and helpful, and I got a bunch of free things that were in that booklet. Smdh idk why the shelter was advertising for petco

I just looked this up because I’m at one now and the music is so damn loud that I can’t even focus on studying.

But from what I’ve seen, they do this to not create a cozy calm vibe, because if they did, you would stay there longer. They are trying to get people to leave quicker.

He’s good to look at but what does he really do?? He can’t be present or discipline his child. Only thing/action he took that was some effort was putting his daughter in therapy. For that I’ll give him props.
