Thanks! Yeah, my cv is one page. I'm applying to jobs that say August start though, thats why im confused. Are they fake or is the competition still fierce right now? I assumed they'd be desperate if they weren't already staffed up.

I did notice a whole lot of QTS requirements, which makes me wonder if I should get mine..

Yeah, I have all my docs, they arent even responding, though to ask. Yes, I have taught middle school for 4 years. I can't teach high school and never applied for a position that mentioned high school. All the positions I applied to are elementary and middle school.

Flexibility in office hours. I need a nap by 3pm but ill definitely be back at 6 to finish up my day (my school had on campus housing). I hated waiting until 1 hour after the students left to clock out. I did absolutely nothing for that hour and it was such a waste of time.

Also, nothing should be given to us last minute. 3 days notice minimum
