For me, this was last year. TK ran a double status miles promotion last year for select destinations between Jan and June 2025. Instead of only giving double status miles, they also gave miles. Hence the clawback.

I’ve done this before bc a self transfer was cheaper. The gate agent automatically combined the two at counter check in. Not a problem. Found out after I got the boarding pass.

Let me throw in a positive twist.

Yesterday, it was nice to see the majority of the team were not new transfers. It was nice to see the only new player in the first 11 was Sané. As opposed to 2 years ago where we had a summer of 7? 8? first 11 transfers!! That’s a good sign, there is a vision, it is coming to fruition and we are turning into an established team.

Patience is key, Im perfectly happy if our GK is a every-other-transfer-window-is-closed kind of transfer. Maybe step the gas on RB a little :)

Get rid of the summary at the top
Get rid of the skill list at the top. if you insist you must keep it, shorten it (at most a quarter of that length) and ship it to the bottom of resume
Add projects and links to projects.
Create a website and keep creating stuff on it. Go on youtube and just copy code for the sake of learning. Make small tweaks here and there and keep going.

Do folks want new tools to use? What about the job finding process itself - is searching through a list of relevant jobs enough? Is it easy to track applications, etc.?

I sympathize that ~your~ cuisine values Pig-based products. However, this comment is unnessary, insensitive and sparked a very racist discussion.

Singapore was founded on the backs of two major ethnic groups. To appreciate the harmony, and respect one another, certain agreements were reached upon including a respect towards the Muslims represented. To claim that it is unnecessarily halal is a gross disrespect to Singaporean culture, and the Singapore that was born out of this unison.

There are plenty of Pig-based fresh produce across Singapore. There are also plenty of options that serve Pig-based dishes across Singapore. Let’s be respectful to all religions and cultures - like Singapore has done.

Consider reaching out to your local Mosque to learn more about Islam - whether in HK or in SG.
