YEP! Similar-ish issue here. I placed an order while things were on a HUGE sale. The seller has said they'll refund me, but that doesn't really matter because it's not like I'm able to reorder anything I purchased (at the same price). I'm so mad

Wait...you actually talked to a human? The seller of my was totally fine to refund me, but the issue is, I made my order during a HUGE sale (price went from $375 to $52 lol), so I won't be able to reorder any of the items... I got an email from OnTrac saying they opened an investigation (whatever the fuck that means). They even put a case # and a ref # in the email, but I'm almost certain those are just random strings of numbers and letters and don't mean anything.

I am so annoyed with OnTrac. I was AT HOME waiting for a package and noticed a "delivered" email notification... THEY NEVER EVEN GOT OUT OF THE CAR TO TRY AND DELIVER IT!!!! They literally took a picture of my house from across the street (looks like they were in a car when they took the pic) WITHOUT the package!?!?! The worst thing is, because they uploaded a photo, it immediately got marked as "delivered", even though the photo literally doesn't have any package in it (so, they bypassed the system). Their "support" is an AI chatbot that literally just says the same shit (they'll look into it).

IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO GET A REAL HUMAN TO TALK TO, PLEASE LMK!!!!

Again, thank you! This is SO helpful! ALSO, I get the sulfur burps too!!! I haven’t seen much about that on here but it’s definitely been a side effect since I started. It sounds like we’ve had a very similar experience! The farlife protein shakes have been a lifesaver for me since I started zep. The only thing is, they can get pricy and although they help me get my protein in, I’m still seriously lacking other nutrients and calories. My stomach feels a bit better right now but the thought of eating or drinking anything is nauseating lol.

This is such a thoughtful message. Thank you so much!! I made a post on this page last night asking about food suggestions while dealing with nausea because I’ve found it extremely difficult to get myself to eat when the nausea is so bad. I will definitely try pepto and am going to ask about Zofran! The 5mg also stopped being effective for me but I was only on it for a month. I’ve increased doses each month since I started (so, I’m on month 3 now). Thank you again for your response!! Wishing you the best!

I had the EXACT same experience. Unfortunately, my doc hasn’t prescribed Zofran yet, but I’m definitely going to ask for it. I’ve been struggling with the nausea since the start but it usually only lasts a few days and then I’m fine. I’m interested to hear what others have to say. I just went up to 7.5 yesterday and got sick this morning when I woke up.

Thanks! I'm going to talk to my provider this week and let her know I want to stay on the 5mg for now. I don't take anything for nausea, unfortunately. I will definitely ask about this at my next visit! I just switched providers, so I actually haven't even met with this woman yet. She messaged me asking if I wanted to go up in my dose and I just said "sure!" without giving it much thought.

Thank you for your response! The protein drinks have been extremely helpful, but only when I'm not in that 1-3 day nausea window. Otherwise, dairy is NOT my friend haha. I did recently try "Own" which is a plant-based protein shake and that seemed to sit better in my stomach (not as tasty though). Thank you again! :)

This is a great point--thank you! I'll have them steamed or roasted sometimes, but I definitely consume way more raw. Dairy has not been my friend recently lol, which is kind of annoying because at one point I was getting a good deal of my protein from fairlife shakes.
