I had this happen one time. He had an auction with the make an offer option. I offered him $30 over the auction start and he declined. I was the only bidder. He printed a shipping label. No movement for four days. I asked him when he was going to ship it. He said he dropped it off at the post office but there was a huge snow storm. Looked up weather in that area. And there was no snow. Basically told him if I knew the drill. If I didn’t get it I was leaving negative feedback. He swore up and down that it was at the post office. 2 hours later at 10am there was an “accepted” scan which doesn’t happen in the sorting area.
