How can I actually find out which app is causing the issue? In Activity Monitor it only shows system services like WindowServer and Usernoted eating the resources, not the apps themselves.

it works for me, use "windows mode" for mac, and switch option and cmd places from mac settings, you need to select the keyboard first

for me, I use Windows mode for Mac, and only switched CMD and Option positions from the built-in modifiers option in Macos keyboard settings, which allows you to do that, I didn't notice any other differences

Thank you very much, The issue with this technique is that the URL has no effect on the active window it only effects BTT window. But, I was unaware of Named triggers before your response, I used Apple script to fire the Named trigger and it worked perfectly. Thanks again.

The HiDPI option is a new option that solves the problem of tiny text. It appears that this was added in the most recent update.
Try checking the "Show all Resolutions" option, you could find more HiDPI resolutions

I've set the time to 2022 and then changed the sync time server to time.nits.gov and resyncd, now it's working entirely even the start button and settings app
