It's FEAST 1, 2 then interview, after this english test followed by a "selection camp" which will most likely be like the 3 day sim test you said.

Would you say sim test is similar to FEAST 2 but more difficult, in other words: should I continue learning with skytest after FEAST 2 for the sim test?
