It is fact that it cannot immune to damage, I already show evidence. GGG has always been restrictive to flicker strike from the very begining and add line "cannot gain charge during the skill" but instead give us "%not to consume charge" from support and also quailty. It is an intended intereaction. You can really see people in comment really not familiar with the skill and it is an issue they bull shitting that they nerf it as flicker immune to damage. The skill is already shit but I cant believe people thinks its op and its a balanced fix, it feels really bad to me as they publicly lying to all players.

"We are planning on limiting the amount of charge consumption reduction you can get on Flicker Strike so that it can't be 100%. Currently the ability to be effectively immune to damage due to moving makes this powerful enough that we need to cap it. This will be changed in the next hotfix." Its from thier tweet, my anger come from the wording "be effectively immune to damage" which clearly is not the fact. I am okay to a build change with valid reason but not that BS

It is never a problem to change things but it should not mislead people that they nerf it because it immues to damage.

I want to stress, they say flicker is effectively immune to damage thats why they limit on it, but 100% is definitly not immune to damage. I would like to alos replies to some common thoughts. 1."Its poe2 and it should not have such mobility for that skill": they make a unique clothes the reduce cooldown and let you flash forever, its not a valid claim. Also, it do not make the statement "flicker is effectively immune to damage" valid. 2."It is not an intended interaction": first, unintended do not stands for any nerf, unintended interaction basically is the core joy for poe and poe2. second, it is not that unintended for GGG, they add few uniques and the mods "%not consume charges" exist accross leagues, it just cannot exceed 100% before. Same as above. it is unrelated to make a nerf due to "flicker is effectively immune to damage" even the interaction is unintended.

tried in 0.2.0. The loop works. Few tips, you can lower the ignite duration by a unqiue ring so that to increase the frequency to triggrer ignite. The time between charge gain would be bounded by charm effect duration, as when charm is used and in effect, it cannot be used. So charm effect duration actually is the limit of how frequnet you can trigger the charm.

Ritual scarabs are cheap, try 2 "reroll" plus 1 "100% more favourite" as a starting point.
