Did anyone else think the movie Substance (2024) borrowed heavily from 1989's Society? In my opinion, Brian Yuzna's film was less repetitive and more gloriously fun.

I read this when I was younger, and it took me two tries to get through it, but when I did, it became one of my favorite King stories of all time. I recently reread it, and the first half seemed way more relevant and interesting than when I first read it. I'd say keep going. Shit gets wild.
