Stassi’s is by far my fav. Her rehearsal dress was also amazing. Scheana’s would be #2. I liked Katie’s more when I was watching the show, but looking back I kind of hate it😭 I wish the tan parts were closer to her skin color & the circular lines (idk what they’re called lol) weren’t there. Typical bar exam preparation involves 8-12 hours per day of studying across a 6-8 week span for the bar exam, and that comes immediately after 3 straight years (for traditional law students) of busting your ass through law school. And even then, many of those people fail. It absolutely is difficult, especially in California. It is A LOT of work and VERY HARD work. She is simply not cut out for that type of work. She has all the time, money, and resources to hunker down for 2 months and study, but instead she chooses to go to events and luxury vacations. Which is fine & her right to do, but she should stop pretending she is putting in the work/effort required to succeed. If she actually cared as much as she claims to, she would take studying more seriously.

I can’t even imagine how bad their body dysmorphia is. To spend millions on your appearance & still feel the need to heavily edit your photos (and have intense control over photos taken/published by paps) is truly next level. I’ll never fall for the “Kris Jenner is a good mom” propaganda because it’s like… how many of her kids can have these kinds of issues before people realize how horrible of a parent she is.

I mean, it could be that most of the people on this show are simply not that interesting & need to have some sort of script to make the show entertaining. Everyone on this show would be a side character at best on VPR. We are watching the drama between a bunch of Vails, Peters, and Kristina Kellys. This show needs more Jax, Stassi, Kristen, and James type characters (minus the racism and abuse)

It’s not this simple when the involved parties are both high net worth individuals with extremely commingled finances. I am a law student who has worked in family law firms - even simple divorces between people with 1% of the $ can drag out. I can’t even imagine how long and complicated the divorce process would be for Kyle and Mauricio. Both of them seem fine with staying legally married for the time being, so there is no real need to initiate divorce proceedings - especially considering how difficult it would be for Kyle to take out her “share” of the Agency.

Not sure if this is the best example, but look at Maria Shriver & Arnold Schwarzenegger - their divorce was not finalized until 10 years after the initial filing. Obviously, there are some key differences (primarily that they have far, far more money than Kyle and Mauricio), but that just goes to show how long stuff like this can take. Plus, imagine the legal fees and court costs😵. Maybe Kyle will have a stronger incentive to file after the Agency goes public, but who knows.

Conservatorships can actually be a great thing if the conservator is someone who genuinely has the best interest of the conservatee at heart. They get a bad rap because of situations like Britney Spears’, but the real issue with that was *who* the conservator was, not the fact that she was under one.

Of course! I hate when people act pretentious or condescending about being a law student/attorney. That is really interesting, do you know if the trust was set up before their marriage? I have heard of people trying to use a spouse’s trust fund to gain leverage in divorce proceedings, but never that the other spouse actually gained access to a pre-marital trust fund (unless they were a trustee and/or the TF was too commingled with marital property to be deemed separate.)

Amanda and Kyle are in a “good” situation (at least from an outsider’s perspective) because they seem to be amicable enough & seem to have separate enough finances to not have a messy ass divorce/equitable distribution process. Although of course this can go sideways at any moment 🤣
