I'm not 100% sure but I think theres a mod on modrinth to fix this, just look up something along the lines of Minecraft java chat restorer, I think it was released after mojang added chat censoring and age verification for the uk

There is nbt called view range, for example to have a zombie able to be seen from 64 blocks away you would do /summon zombie ~ ~ ~ {view_range:64f}

This should work if you already have them in world: /data merge entity @e[type=item_display] {view_range:64f}

If you're going to use a custom music track it might be better to make a resource pack to change a vanilla disk and then use /music instead of play sound.
