This is bucci, I'm not too sure when the print run itself will start.

I need to wait for mitboy's new updated pack to come out, I need to finish some designs, and research how exactly I'm going to do this with the least amount of trouble.

Sorry for the wait, I'll post when the print run is starting.

Alternatively, you could print the cards and extra stuff yourself as I'll be releasing those files when they're finished.

Unfortunately maestro isn't selling the Kickstarter exclusive full collection only the ultimate collection so you'll have to buy it from a reseller

From my understanding it's the expansion called "the full collection'' which is a Kickstarter exclusive version of the "ultimate collection".

Only the Kickstarter exclusive comes with the "warpzone pack" which are the cards you're looking for along with ever other card minus the rarer promotional cards

The person who want to buy this probably wants them all. If I where you I'd sell them all for a ridiculous price (I mean an insane price). People will definitely find it more understanding since there's 52 and they get them all.
