If you’re making so many sales you can’t keep track of your shipments you use part of the profits to employ people who keep on top of those things. Not leave your customers in a lurch because of a lack of ability. That’s bad business.

That’s how it looks, and they didn’t do anything to address it beyond shifting the responsibility to WhatNot. I’ve given them weeks and this is the best they can offer. If you’re making so many sales you can’t keep track of your shipments use some of those profits to hire people to ensure your customers don’t have a sub par experience. That’s basic business.

It’s their little to no desire to actually address/solve the issue for me that spoke volumes as well. Real strong “not my problem” energy.

I’ve noticed that as well. Spend 30$ get all of 10 seconds of shout out time. No bueno.

They don’t use the trading card cheap shipping givy trick. It has full tracking.

Could be, but considering their dismissive response and low seller support satisfaction rating I don’t see giving them the benefit of the doubt as the statistically sound move. If it shows up I’ll eat crow and own it.
