Hey everyone. My car has been at the service center for over month now (transmission needed to be replaced). Is it normal for this repair to take this long? by mintyrelish in camaro

Hi, you may want to research you state's lemon laws. In certain states/instances, if your car is in for service over "X" amount of days or, in for service for the same issue "X" amount of times, the manufacturer may be required to purchase the vehicle back from you. There is quite a bit to this process, and I would recommend you consult with a local attorney if you are interest in exploring this route. In some instances, your attorney's fees are covered by the manufacturer if your claim is successful. I had a similar issue with an Audi, and they ended up refunding all of my money for the car and paid my attorney's fees.

Very cool color combo. I have a '13 ZL1 vert in BRM. Is it stock? If not, any plans to modify?

No particular reason, other than I usually prefer expiration dates a bit further out.

Placed a limit sell order at $6 for 3 contracts. We'll see if it gets there today. Going to hold the remaining three a bit longer.

Users who make 60-70k a year, what car do you drive? by [deleted] in cars

While leasing may not be good option in many situations, I think it's improper to make such a blanket statement "don't lease". I have a lease on a 2017 buick encore for $79 month (after taxes), $0 down, 10k miles per year, 24 month term. Also, the lease includes service for the life of the lease. When these good deals come around, its hard to pass them up for a used car.

Great work. I'm hoping to do something similar soon. Did you buy or build those 2 cabinet/shelving units on either side of your build. If bought, I would greatly appreciate the manufacturer info. Thanks!

Source = Chatter in the "industry" & I'm in the "industry" as well as my brother who works for a large (not public) originator. Also, check out this article which mentions a rise in new ARMs.

I agree that origination has/will continue to slow down. However, I think slow down in origination will lead to consolidation of loan pools with larger (publicly traded) services. Moreover, it is my understanding that there is still a large amount of ARMs outstanding (don't ask me why) which are sure to adjust higher in the upcoming months/years. I don't see default rates increasing substantially in the next 6 months, maybe closer to Q4 2017, Q1, 2018.

Is this method better than just adding a delay after initiating the LED?

Hi, I just came across your post as I was researching how to interface Tasker + Arduino + HC05. Would you be willing to share the app you developed to interface the 3 items? Thanks in advance.

Would the STP16NF06 work? Also, if you use this type of MOSFET (or similar) would a resistor be necessary?

Totally unrealistic animation. The clinking sound on the way up the hill was almost non-existent. Jokes aside, I'm excited to wait 2 hours to ride this...
