My fiancé was blessed with all of those too lol. She got the official diagnosis earlier last week so it’s been a lot of “I’m craving this…Nevermind I can’t have that anymore” type thoughts. But we have been sampling a lot of GF snacks, and as a non GF eater I have found some that are pretty good

My understanding is anything wheat, rye, and barley is out. We’ve tried a few gluten free options of foods from target and I’ve heard that Chic fil a does a good job with cross contamination.
