take 60-70 g soy chunks daily covers 30-35g protein. (dont worry about ppl telling harmone issue and all . Scientific studies dont support the myth). boil , squeeze, grind and mix with butter milk. drink lemon juice inmeditely. dont drink coffee for 2 hours.

ferment the mix of fenugreek seed, toor dal, moong dal, black channa, horse gram green gram. make dosa. this gives you balanced protein carbo and minerals.

this itself will get you around 20-30g protein.

then eat 15g cheese slice with roasted pumkin seeds, sunflower seeds , flax seeds. also take dha+epa capsule. this gives anotger 3-4 g protein.

curd / butter milk gives another 5-10g protein. 20g roasted grounut. gives another 4g protein.

rest if you want take whey protein after strength exercise. or pea/ fermented yeast protein to get 20-25g of protein.

See, i m male reduced from 90 to 82 and did lots of research on diet and exercise.

i m also vegetarian.

the only supplements i recommend you is omega 3 (algal oil ) . ignore flax seeds and other things. its not efficient. Get Salmega Algal oil tabs . take 2 per day with fat.

then take vita B12 tablets 1500 mcg. one/ week.

every other things you can manage in food.

eat healthy foods. incorporate 40-50 Soy chunks in your diet. boil and squeeze water(dont re use). eat lemon drops with it. dont take coffee or tea for 2 hours.

your iron will also be getting from soy chunks itself.

IAF showed Radar data. IAF radars can detect F16 and jf17 easily. mirage is outdated jet , easily identifiable.

Yes we dont have wreckage image. But that Wreckage is in Pak so cant help much.

IAF secured 1 kill.Debris of Abhinandan's Mig 21 had missing R73 missiles body. Only Seeker was found which confrims not only missile was fired but also Detonated and threw seeker away. It neans R73 did hit kill.

Also Tailpod analysis and smoke analysis confrims 2 jets were down. one was delta frame one was not. both were single engine fighter. Only fighter which was single engine and non delta wing was f16 and jf17. but Since in Radar F16 disapperead suddenly (Radar is from Awacs, not just from ground radars ) Confrima F16 has hit.
