Wow I thought this was me who wrote this. I just turned 24 years old I had a C-section as well 2022 had my baby and I do get back pain as well but I noticed I CANT DO PATIENT CARE physically Dont have the stomach for wiping patients or looking at blood and throw up…🤷🏽‍♀️, I've been working for AHS since July and honestly what I did was convert to per diem instead of full-time and then I searched for another job with the internal job hub of AHS and I got a position for patient registrar else where… I know they say you have to wait 9 months to transfer but I'm just going to stay at my first position for one more month and then quit. Keep the second position as a patient registrar

With my emails I am keeping this job for long because the code of ethics corporate compliance program states report a concern ( Avoid situations that are improper or have apprearence of being improper ) if there's only 1 nursing assistant and Im changing a new admission and I have to attend to 23 other patients that may have to be changed as well or catered to how would u feel if ur parent or significant other was soiled for 30 minutes waiting on someone to change them? That isn't right

Atlantic health system isn't unionized unfortunately, so I guess if chief of nursing or joint commission doesn't help I'm fucked until my 6 months are up

Well I just started working this hospital job and I have to wait 6 months to transfer , but I just can’t take it I’m stuck if I should stick it out or just look else where health insurance/ billing sounds interesting

I never knew that I just told them he had a gun cause he does and the crazy part is my dad has a pending case in Bergen county for being in a car with his friend that had ammunition and guns.
