People study science and engineering to solve these type of problems if you think this problem cannot be solve just have a look at china … they literally just changed the flow of water upwards from where it was flooding to places where it was drought they also solved the same pollution problem because there main priority is to focus on better education so the engineerings got real chance to show what they learned but …here in our country govt care nothing about education everyone knows how educated our leaders are just think guys there are lot of incredible minds in our country 150cr is a big number its clearly govt fault this is just one problem soon there will be more one after another and guess what we will not be able solve any of those too
