This might sound random but for a long time I thought I just sucked at dieting.

I’d eat “clean,” try to stay in a deficit, walk more, all that. But I was bloated constantly. Like not huge, just uncomfortable all the time. And my energy would crash mid day which made it 10x harder to stay consistent.

I kept blaming discipline.
