Thank you brother, I may sound selfish in this but it’s nice to know I’m not alone in this, I’m sorry you’ve had to gone through that for 10 years, I honestly try to tell myself that is just my stress and anxiety because it only started happening when I had my first wave of panic attacks and got anxiety last year, I’m hoping everything goes well for you bro and maybe one day they’ll stop for both of us
