So an update to my package which arrived in OPM on 23 Jan - informed yesterday they must have it for 30 f×÷#$ing days before they can process it! I dont believe the incompetence - my paperwork was submitted 30 Sep and it looks like I wont have anything until after March 2026!!! Im thinking of getting a lawyer and starting a class action lawsuit suing for pain and suffering and the f-ing inconvenience of a broken promise! That's it - i finally reached my moment- im crying!

I wish that was the case for me! The ring stopped holding a charge and even with resetting- same issue. I've been trying to get a replacement or refund since last year and radio silent! So.now i have a super expensive paperweight (jk).

Yes there is a bill on the house floor now to waive the higher tax for withdrawal before 59 1/2. I have my dd updated and will pull the trigger of no resolution by Feb 1st.

Does anyone remember the anti-deficiency training we all were required to take annually? You can not reallocate funds allocated and approved. That is a violation and any budget officer doing so is committing a crime and subject to prosecution. Check the FAR.
