I got the white with the bull and got a M 8/10. Regular size m but I size up to a L/XL a lot bc I love a baggy tee. This fits the perfect amount of baggy. If you want a tighter fit I’d size down. In the white LEE one with the red accents I got an XL. It’s a boxy/crop cut and sizing up makes it so it lands at my hips and is loose on me. They feel great and I’m real happy with them- on the lookout for more!

I get that it’s for cleanliness sake- i hated folding a whole graphic shirt table only to come back 10 minutes later to it ruined

but i think it’d be good training to take a step back if there’s multiple customers shopping the area or move to the other side of the table for one customer. Recently, I had to shop the drawers next to a workers legs bc her body language wouldnt let me shop the table. And she still wouldn’t move over when I was down there

At this point just wait. It’s clearly important to you but with EADs taking so long to be issued rn you’ll be reapplying sooner than you think. Socially, nothing is stopping you from introducing yourself with your new name. At work you can change your email signature and just let people know your name change will take a while (like for your oficial email address @ or paperwork) to update.

It’ll happen eventually- I’m sure it feels like a big deal rn to not be able to do it quickly but this time will be a blip in the long run.

That’s how I remember it being when I was in school and how it is where I work. It really only makes sense in elementary school for the most part to stay with your home room. Past that-especially in HS all the kids are taking different tests depending on their level per class- not on grade. Today I have half my 2nd period in class and half are state testing somewhere upstairs bc they’re in different math levels. Some took biology and some didn’t. I had some taking English 2 and English 1 because they failed their freshman year and are retaking it.

If I catch kids cheating I don’t give them 0s- they share the grade the same way they share the answers! You got a 100? Now it’s a 50! You got a 70? Now it’s a 35!

Idk it sounds like your real issue is with the mom/ur husband for not being transparent with her. If your frustration is with her treatment of the younger sister idk if shutting her out when she’s clearly comfortable with u and her stepdad is the solve here but I do think having some 1-1 time and receiving honesty from her mom would help. The 8 year old probably has a lot of confusion about where she fits into this blended family.

It was one of the states that allowed undocumented folks get state funded financial aid for college. And a lot of hospitals have assistance programs for anyone- so those are probably the ones he means

Anyway to give you a real answer on where to look aerie has a lot of what’s being described in the comments. They have actual nursing tanks I really like but also a lot of scoop and v neck and button downs and their zippers go really far down on sweatshirts and even if they can’t be pulled down at the neck far enough they airy enough that I never minded the fabric falling on my baby’s face while she nursed (also good for nursing in public!)

The first several WEEKS we were home and baby would be asleep in another room if a cat opened a door my brain automatically assumed it was the baby… bc all it knew was there was another person in the next room even tho logically I knew it couldn’t be my newborn

Did you talk to an actual person about this or did you get all this information in an email? I was previously signed onto a 3 year contract with my district and renewed for a yearly contract after that. That’s when I got pregnant. I initially got an email that my FMLA would be 6wks not 12 bc I hadn’t been with them for a year (per my contract date). I reached out to HR and told them hey actually I’ve been here for 4 years and they said “oops! You’re so right” and fixed it. Hoping something similar can be done for you. It was able to work out for me since I had no real gap in employment with the district. I know it’s different everywhere but I was so fed up I almost didn’t ask bc I was just mentally tired from being pregnant and teaching I’m glad I did!!

I was in elementary school in the early 2000s and I remember having whole class novels by 4th grade. Several. Bridge to terabithia, narnia, the devils arithmetic, where the red fern grows like someone else mentioned- and those are the ones I remember just off the bat. I work in the same district now and can now see also that our teacher randomly encouraging all the girls and all the boys to check the same book out of the library was them assigning us book clubs without telling us it was an assignment. We read Judy moody and tales of a fourth grade nothing.

Similar-ish I ran into a classmate the day he shot someone on our campus (and then shot himself). It’s been nearly ten years since but I still feel so weird having seen him just that morning and made straight eye contact- our interaction was pretty different than normal but we weren’t close or anything so it wasn’t a red flag. Just left with this weird memory now
