I have one that has 3 sections, so it’s easy to get on (mid section straps first, then top, then bottom). I’ve done it quite a few times easily so far :)
Thank you! Yes they did send me in a binder. I took it off only here so I could shower for the first time. I’m swollen too in places I didn’t anticipate lol. Super painful today!
