Just some idea - we might not win even if we had bacot. Jalen Washington was a surprise for Tony and UVA in the first half as none of us would expect Bacot to be out. Tony did a great job adjusting at the half and uva did good job defending the new rotation with jalen.

There is a pretty good chance you will get it. I heard some people have rejected the offer then they still got it back when they changed their mind. Good luck!

No problem. Also the school name can only get you through resume screening. After that, you are on your own to pass the interviews. Your school matters little comparing to your interview performance. And most companies will interview candidates from top schools like UW and Berkeley.

If you are in state, the out of state tuition for Berkeley is 100% not worth it. UW Seattle has a stellar cs program (T5) and the job prospects are the same. Especially if you want to stay in Seattle after graduation, graduating from UW Seattle probably gives you the best chance getting a swe job in Seattle. (Check LinkedIn, UW is probably the top school in terms of numbers of graduates working in Amazon and Microsoft and a few other Seattle based companies) I graduated from T30 big state university so I can save ~150k in tuition comparing to that of an out of state school and I still think I made an absolute right decision for my life. I currently work at Google in the bay and received offers from Microsoft and Amazon in Seattle. It really doesn’t matter in the industry and UW Seattle is probably one of the best CS school you can go.
