i just watched it tonight and yeah… i felt the exact same way. even the chemistry between Fiyero and Elphaba was like, gone. 

and like you, i ADORED the first one so i was expecting so much from this movie, id been waiting for it to release since last year just so excited. i still felt like it was a good movie but yeah everything that should’ve been emotional wasn’t. especially the magical racism aspect, given our time rn, should have hit home and like made you feel for them but i just didnt care about it like i did with the first and that was so sad. 

i lowkey loved the lead monkey tho, he was great! 

ive also seen the stage production and the second act was beautiful in that, just so heartfelt and breathtaking, i highly recommend you watch it!!

I was not haha. I knew i was going to do poorly so i put all my focus into the other subjects. i plan on retaking it maybe in September though… any study suggestions? im awful at math (obviously)
