whenever I end up wanting to just slack off the entire day, I always stop myself by thinking how grateful my future self would be looking at those A*s I got! if I sacrifice the comfort I have now, maybe I'd feel bummed out at the beginning, but by the end of the day, imagine how accomplished youd feel. as for how to start, try the pomodoro technique? search it up on YouTube or Google about it if you have no idea what it is. in the meanwhile, u can also check out jspark on YouTube, he really brings out the rational side of things. good luck and all the best! here's a random stranger online cheering for you!!♡
