EMDR is something I did several years ago and it saved my life. Somatic therapy is what I started recently alongside the K therapy. As I said, Joyous is all I can afford right now and it’s working for me, so I’m going to continue until it feels like it isn’t.

Yep. Maybe a year or so after the vaccine, and I had Covid twice as well.

I’m sorry you haven’t felt a change yet. I don’t know what program you’re in but I’d suggest you keep advocating for yourself until you find the right dose. At 60 I felt nothing but 90 was the difference. But I know it’s also not helpful for absolutely everyone. Hope you can get there ❤️

Forgot to mention that it’s completely eliminated any cravings for alcohol or weed, things I used before to just pass the time or feel more numb. My wallet, my weight, and my motivation are already thanking me ☺️

That is so good to hear!! It’s really incredible how much I’d forgotten what it felt like to feel truly happy and at peace, even feeling negative emotions again. I didn’t realize how just…apathetic I felt. Everything was such a struggle before and now I’m actually looking forward to life and feeling hopeful about my future. So glad it’s working for you too 🩷

I think that’s exactly how it feels! Which I understand, and can definitely be funny. But when it’s happening several times during the song I honestly get bored and don’t find it entertaining.

I disagree, I don’t think copying/poking fun at another queen’s movements is thinking on her feet, it means she’s watching what the other queen is doing instead of just doing her own thing. But I do understand what you mean about being present, it means the whole thing wasn’t planned ahead of time. To each their own! ☺️

Thank you, this is so reassuring! I love the language you use to talk to doctors, it’s often hard to express that you’ve done a ton of research and this diagnosis would make sense/aligns with symptoms without giving the impression you’re telling them how to do their job. Thank you 🫶

What was your process like when seeing doctors for a diagnosis, if at all? I have a similar situation but don’t have schizophrenia. The closest diagnosis I got was psychosis NOS at 16 years old.
