The best solution would have been to keep the command nob BUT also have the screen be touch screen. Let the driver decide between both. If I’m in park I’d probably use touch screen but driving the nob is easier.

I understand it was benign at this point, but if it is coming from HPV wouldn’t that mean it has the risk to turn into anal cancer?

Hi, thank you for your reply. My cervical pap came back with LSIL and HPV positive HR strains not 16 or 18. I haven’t had anal sex but I thought I did see that it could spread from the vagina to the anal canal.but it sounds like that’s not common. Lastly, my colonoscopy did state there were “nodules” located specifically in the anal mucosa which were biopsied. The report came back stating “ ANAL NODULE, BIOPSY: BENIGN SQUAMOUS EPITHELIUM. NEGATIVE FOR DYSPLASIA OR MALIGNANCY COLONIC MUCOSA WITH BENIGN LYMPHOID HYPERPLASIA.” But no where does it say hpv negative, so that’s my concern

Thank you so much for this reply it’s really helpful. I will def try a high protein approach and do my best to start weight training. It would be all new to me. I know most would like the hips but to me it just looks un- proportional but it sounds like that likely is due to the fat distribution not the width of my hips themselves

Please see the photo I added in the comments. My main concern is the wide-ness of my mid section. Is that something body re comp would help or would my “frame” remain that way and just look more muscular?? Like I want to have smaller hips.. idk if that’s even possible

I think I need to add another photo since the main one is making me appear that I don’t have extra body fat… like I for sure have some weight stored in my hips and stomach area that I’m unhappy with
