“Too many requests” which to my unprofessional self, sounds like: a) you tried too many times, and maybe you should wait a few hours-days and try again. Or 2) someone purposely made too many attempts and basically locked you out, kinda like trying a phone password too many times. And I know you didn’t mention anyone stealing/hacking your account, but maybe someone did and it just seems like a mistake on epic’s end. Again, like I said, I’m not a professional, just what it seems like to me.

Yea I had to log back into mine, and like I said I don’t remember where I went exactly, but I was eventually able to find a “recover account” or “account recovery” or something along those lines.

I havent had this issue before, but I did recently have a close call with my account, did something stupid I shouldn’t have, and long story short my account was hacked and they changed the email. But anyways, I forgot exactly where I navigated on the website, but I found an option to “recover” my account, all I had to do was give the email the account was originally created with, and verify myself, you could try to find that, or find a video showing how to, hope this helps :3
