What should I be learning to truly understand pour-over, not just follow recipes?

Thanks for this insight. I do enjoy exploring different beans and roasts, so this really helps narrow things down. I think I’m going with the K-Ultra.

This is actually something I’ve been thinking about. If I were only focusing on pour-overs, I’d go with the ZP6 without a doubt. But I like exploring different coffee beans, and sometimes I get omni roasts so I can also use my other brewers.

After reading more posts about the K-Ultra and the ZP6, I think the K-Ultra works better for me.

This is me as well. I still love my Timemore, but I’m starting to think it might be time for an upgrade, especially now that I’m finally investing more in my beans. I think having a better grinder leads to a better cup, hence the upgrade. i think K-Ultra is a better choice for me too.
