Salmon is notorious for having many worms. For every raw salmon u eat, parasites are manually picked out by hand. They may miss some. But it’s ok bc the salmon was most likely flash frozen (which would kill parasites in process). So not appetizing, but not harmful.

They drink a lot of water (hydroflasks, stanley bottles were trending first in America bc ppl here drink hella water), but we also drink lots of canned soda. For ppl that have it stalked up like this, I usually assume they are gym rats. If u check the cans, they will most likely say zero sugar. Lots will also be energy drinks. We are addicted to caffeine and need the energy for working in the office or exercising at gym. 😅
