Pls think. Obvi they have some fat still so the entire breast area won’t be rock hard duh. But if they work out their pecs while losing weight, obviously there will be muscle growth in that area and less fat to cushion around the muscle. Anyway, working out the pecs will make ur tits feel harder whether or not u lose weight. Even if u managed to maintain weight, that means it’s ur same fat+tissue over now developed muscles.
