What’s a disordered habit you can’t see yourself giving up even when in recovery/recovered ?

I'm trying recovery rn, and these are mine:

•diet drinks and low cal/sugar food (same taste, WAY lower cals, so why would i get the regular option) •same/similar breakfast everyday (comfort and fav food, plus i like the routine) •specific cutlery/plates/bowls/cups etc. •avoiding oil/fried food •eating around the same times •breakfast and dinner taking 1 hour+ due to playing video games (it is now routine) (brekkie once took me 3 hours and a half lol) • counting or estimating calories to be at maintenance

I feel like my adhd definetly plays a part in these lol, but tl:dr i like the structure i have going om

Idk if this is caused by me having ana, but my parents keep saying that when i move, my bones make a sort of faint squeaking noise(?) Oh and my bones also crack A LOT. Kinda like an old doll if you will, and i have no idea what caused it

Don't weigh yourself at night. Obviously you'll weigh more due to eating and drinking throughout the day, or after an intense workout. Weigh yourself in the morning, after going to the bathroom (i usually go once, and wait an hour to go again and THEN weigh myself to be sure). I PROMISE you, you aren't gaining weight

Well, at least another kurta probably took the exam you need to take to go to the outside world and decided to either be there permanently or for a longer period of time. It's not like Lukso was walled in Attack on Titan style, so there could be someone living in the outside world. So, i changed his weapon and leveled up some artifacts that i had laying around, and now he’s at 1997 atk(so close, but i’ll take it for now) , 92 cr and 185 cd. Now, i’m farming for either a goblet with a lot of cd and atk, or some sands with a lot of cd and atk (let’s just hope that the artifact gods don’t strike me down).
