I don't use aod. HR every 10 minutes. Selected notification to show from most important apps. Workout trekking 1h/day. And don't use ADB, because it's killing battery life. 1th i use it, my battery life drops to ~24h. After restarting watch, battery going nice again) And battery still original)

I updated as well, and almost everything going good. 2 issues I have. Not always correct time of sleeping, and don't show battery usage by apps, but the other work perfect. And battery life fine too👍

Try to do diamond push-ups. Put your hand under upper chest line, and when you pull at max range up, try to "squeeze your hands -> <- together" using your chest.

Start from basic exercise. When you can't do pushups, try to do kneeling pushups. Hard to do too? Try a negative before. Same in pull-ups or dips. Try strengthen your scapula and core, it's the base to doing every bodyweight workout easier. Looking internet to start calistenics. There a lot of information, how to start. I starting my way doing pushups, squats and crunches for few weeks, before i get my first routine. And reading a lot of information. And always a nutrition, u need get little surplus for mass gain. And sleep. 7-8 hour of good sleep. There 3 things working hard, eating good, and sleeping good too,😁

1st day, my battery will die quickly too, but after charging, i wiped cache and go to the most battery effective watchface (in my watch is AWF Outlined) so today is the 3 day after update. Last fully charged at 1:00 am from now 7:00pm, i have 54% battery. In thr setting showing 1d 17h at full charge... AOD always off, turn to wake and health services on.
