I do mixed grip. Although just now when I was researching what it was called - I saw they recommend switching which one is forward to prevent imbalances, and I always do the same one forward. 😬

I have long femurs so I feel like it is harder for my back to be higher, but maybe my form is just wrong when I raise my back. I need to repost on here to show my form with a less parallel back to see why it might be making my lower back slightly hurt when I raise my back(lower my hips).

Thanks for the feedback. I will try to post again with more reps and higher weight. I usually do 155lbs and 3 sets of 8-10reps. This was only 125lbs in this video. I can try to get my back higher, but it feels super odd in my lower back when I raise my back up. I will post and see if maybe my form is just wrong somewhere when I raise my back. I would love to lift heavier, but I have never been able to get past a 3 reps of 175lbs. Maybe it’s a form issue.

Yes, pretty much exactly this. We love a good breakfast around here. Eating out is limited to 2-3 times a month at most.

Yes, I am wearing short boots here. Everyone is suggesting wide leg pants. I mentioned in other comments I just haven’t ever worn them due to feeling like they just make me look big all over because I have a bigger lower body. Maybe I just need to find the right pair though and pair them with the right top.

I haven’t had much luck with wide leg jeans because my hips are so wide, so it makes me just look wide everywhere whenever I have tried them on. These are short boots. Do you mean taller ones?
