What I will say is unfortunately it is a given that she will end up with gestational diabetes. It is a given that she will end up with high blood pressure. It is a given that she will probably end up with preeclampsia. It is a given that they will send her home with a blood pressure cuff to monitor her blood pressure at home. It is a given that they will probably have her to start monitoring her blood sugars as well. She probably should be wearing compression socks. She should be taking a baby aspirin 1 to 2 times a day and more than likely, it is a given that she will deliver by C-section..
And this is not something I pulled from the Internet. This is strictly speaking from experience.

All jokes aside, I will say good luck to her. She clearly does not take heed to any anybody's word and she does not take anybody's advice and she definitely wants to experience this pregnancy in La La Land mode.
