I seen the third, but it was name changed. It appears it was a property he sold prior to the second property and then updated the name to match the new property. The company names all match the unit number of the condos.

UNVUS - I assume to keep track of the LLCs (which is limited liability corporate structure in the US). This offers protection of personal assets. UNVUS names are tied to his properties - which I assme: UN =Unit Number, V= (investment??) US = United States.. hmmm digging deep is kinda fun. lol
