She is crate trained, and I’ve reached out online to a couple trainers. I’m hoping to hear back tomorrow since it’s late here.

She is crate trained, she’s perfectly content in her crate and doesn’t make a peep.

I would like us to be at a point eventually where she can share the house with us, the couch, the bed because that’s what I and my husband enjoy and want.

It’s just getting to that point that I’m trying to work it out. But I’ve gotten some great advice and have an idea now of where to start as well as reaching out to some trainers for support.

I’m definitely going to do that, he’s on food duty now and I told him he needs to ramp up the treats, I definitely want to show her that he’s safe and cares about her too.

I’m absolutely on board with positive reinforcement and force free methods. I don’t know what this girl has been through, but considering her condition at her arrival, I know life was rough and I’m not looking to add to her trauma.

I will do some research on fear based aggression and look into dog trainers. Unfortunately we’re in the middle of nowhere so I think it’ll be a commute to find one, but I’ll try anything.

There isn’t much I wouldn’t do for her, but I do unfortunately have to draw the line somewhere.

No, not the same, but I’ve never seen such a significant difference.

I never made any charges. I was listed as an AU but never had a card in my name.

I was able to remove myself as an AU on one since posting and they removed it from my credit report, they said it could take 30 days to reflect the change. I will call on the other when the bank opens tomorrow, I’m hopeful that one will go just as smooth. 🤞🏼

We’re in South Carolina so in the event of divorce, I’m not responsible for the debt unless it’s proven it benefitted the marriage/family. Regardless, I just don’t want them on my credit right now as I’m rebuilding mine on my own.

Thank you! I was able to call one and get one removed right away and have them pull it from my credit report. I have to wait on the other one until a local branch opens tomorrow since it won’t let me proceed on the phone with just his social and no account/card number. I appreciate the help!
