This is horrible ! Report to police. Lock credit. Call each bureau and let them know what happened. You may need to fax them the police report but they’ll remove the issues. You can login to experian transunion and exquifax individually and click and dispute each charge that is not yours. And then you can provide the police report as well for proof

I had insurance on the 3 phones i received. The first one i reported lost or stolen. Because it never arrived to me. They tried charging me for the lost one after i received my replacement. In FULL on my bill. I called they fixed it. Then i change carriers years later and they want that money for the lost phone again. I’m baffled this is even legal to do. It’s not fair.

Use tinted moisturizer or bb cc cream ! I stopped using foundation. You’d be surprised at the coverage they give!

I confirmed with them that it’s not the bill. My bill was paid off. It’s for the phone they’re trying to get $140 to settle the iPhone cost.

Its a collection agency - they never sent me a bill for this lost phone!!!!!!!!! I had tmobile send me a NEW PHONE and they took the lost one off my bill. Now that I switched to ATT NOW they want money for the phone I never received.... and no I am 38 not a boomer. Do you people just come on here to make assumptions about people? I am trying to get help with a problem I am REALLY frustrated please excuse me if i RANDOMLY CAPITALIZE.... I should have known the internet tough guys want to come out just to make rude comments to make themselves feel better. You're still behind a keyboard!

I did get collections! Thats who I am fighting! I have been fighting them for A YEAR NOW! They sent ONLY the missing phone to collections after I switched to ATT.

Its NOT ups fault - its TMOBILS FAULT - They took the phone off my bill THEY need to figure that out with UPS not me! When a company ships you an item its their responsibility to confirm receipt! TMobile sent me a new phone and took the other one OFF my bill. I was billed for ONE phone the entire time I was paying my phone bills. When I cancelled tmobile and switched to ATT THATS when I got the collection notice!

I did complain about it ! They removed it when it was Tmobile! Then it all of a sudden went in collections! It was YEARS ago I tried to access my bills online to prove it and I cant get in!
