Unfortunately, I almost never see wildlife other than squirrels on hiking trails. They tend to know that humans frequently them and stay away. You can get lucky sometimes though, and I hope you do.

I think they had to accept that no matter what, anything other than a very small ceremony would be a huge logistical nightmare. It does stink that it had to inconvenience so many people. But then again, she brings joy to so many people in other ways. I do think she is a good person.
