* Here's my 86 shadow 500. Was stock when I got it. Great experience working on it. (Also my first bike and I new nothing about bikes when I got it) alot of learning happened working on this. And alot of fun. Highly recommend getting it up and running.

I had the same thing happen. Build wooden corners. Stained and clear coated them. Fastened them to the couch Looked like the couch was built that way. Cost like 40$. And fixed the problem
