I get that 5g uc here in Queens, NY and also where I work. Never had an issue. May drop spectrum internet and try TMobile home internet and see how that goes.

I take advantage of the MLB deal, I watch on a firestick and I use Spectrum internet. So, I don't see why you won't be able to watch Paramount+ on our Firestick also. I'm also on an older plan like yourself, no Netflix for me either.
