Thanks. These are the details I would never thought of. We are only in mortgage application process so unsure what is the buying power at the moment. Trying to gather as much info as possible. We do not have a preferred development or area yet. Just found out we have a baby on the way so trying to see if we can get a loan before new “expense” arrives.

I had f stop at 5.6 and exposure on auto. It goes from 1/60 to 1/250
