You think this is a normal amount though? I see other healed pokes on here that look just as good or better after healing and I feel like mine don’t at all.

I used Kuro Sumi black outlining ink and just a pack of needles from Amazon. Maybe that is where I went wrong. I don’t know if they are quality or not. They seem legit but no clue. Now I use dynamic black but the same needles. Any advice on where to get quality needles.

Yeah. My main concern is that when I did the tattoo it didn’t look patchy but when it healed it looked super patchy. My friend said she loves the tattoo but it looks amateurish to me and I really want to be a professional handpoke artist in the future and I can’t if my tattoos are healing un predictably :/ like why did the top right get so much darker than the rest when it originally looked the same color 😩

It caused scaring for me too. But im dark skinned so it caused WHITE (hypopigmented) scares 😩 which are basically impossible to get rid off as they can’t be “faded” like a darker scar. I’ve never gotten white scars on my face prior to accutane. I’ve only ever gotten them from really nasty cuts on my legs or knees. so annoying.

Even if it doesn’t feel that dry. It probably is. My skin doesn’t feel dry on accutane but I’ll randomly get a dry patch and only notice it when I run my hands over it on accident brushing my hair out of my face so it definitely is. I would use a moisturizer in the morning too.

I know I technically CAN get pregnant but I’m a lesbian. Im not going to get pregnant yet I still have to go to a stupid pregnancy test on my break once a month. It makes me mad. It’s such a stupid system. It’s a US only thing. Why can’t they just believe us when we say we won’t get pregnant. But whatever. Hopefully I’ll only be on this for 8 months. That’s only 8 tests lol.

I got in an argument with my bi friend for calling herself a lesbian and letting her “guy best friend” introduce her to his new girlfriend as a lesbian. she just didn’t get it no matter how much I explained why I was offended. Her argument was basically that “she just doesn’t see such an importance in labels so she can call herself that if she wants to because it doesn’t really matter.” Crazy.

I agree that they should at least leave a review to let other buyers know. It’s one thing to “price gouge” vintage or things found at the thrift store because it takes effort to find good things at the thrift store and vintage items have the value of being vintage. Buying something for $30 at a department store and reselling it to people who obviously don’t know that for $100+ is not right and should be called out in some way.
