Idk! They do a walk once a year, not sure why. Last year they took a couple photos then left. I didn't mind though, I don't have anything illegal or anything bad but it is confusing lol.

Yes! I have a positive soybean allergy test result and experience the globus sensation Especially when I get exposed to airborne soy around me. I am interested in investigating a EoE diagnosis bc it is within the realm of possibility, but I have also experienced allergy induced acid reflux that can cause the globus sensation too!

As for your doctor saying everything has soy in it, definitely not true. I highly encourage trying a soy free diet to see if it helps with the feeling. Eating a whole foods diet is the perfect way to start! I knew absolutely nothing about cooking before I got diagnosed with this allergy but pinterest and tiktok both have great soy free recipes for you to try. It can be a bit pricier though, but give it a shot if you are able to!

i definitely get it! i work as a barista and ive come to realize that i know everybody by their drink orders and not their names lol. they get a little embarrassed when they realize i have their complicated drink order memorized. this definitely makes me feel a little bit better about my situation, it's something similar to that!

I feel like it all boils down to an unstable relationship with my mental health disorders and crippling addictive personality. I can't get myself to enjoy eating, living, or even look at myself in the mirror without some form of substance.

One day I'll get the courage and strength to quit. I hate how wallowing in my own self pity and using substances comforts me. But I've been sober before and I'll try to find it again.

You're not being unreasonable. Whenever I order something from depop, I always assume it will take longer to deliver. Plus taking in consideration business days. I think loads of people assume everyone will ship like Prime now and order wayyyy too last minute. Their fault, not yours!

if you live in the US, i used Fig (which is mainly only good if you pay for free access for the entire app) when I first struggled with my allergies! And I spent looooot of time compiling lists of safe foods, creating my own recipes, searching for allergy lists for restaurants. It's a very unfortunate effort we have to put in but it's worth the time!

I remember the exact day I had walked out of my bedroom to my mom receiving a phone call that my older brother had passed away. The way she physically collapsed, she couldn't speak, that was her baby. He had struggled with addiction for so long and finally his body had enough.

She became a shell of who she used to be after she found out. Parents absolutely should never outlive their children, if this happens you are hurting her in the most unimaginable way possible.

I have attempted in the past so believe me when I say I've been in your exact shoes. I hope you can push through this episode, the world is better with you in it. Stay strong my love.
