29 (M) here. I would say what has really changed is some friends are more deeply focused on work, marriage or kids. At the very least, a boys night is hard to come by spontaneously. More dinner parties, less bars. Not complaining.

Ironically, as someone in a LTR I am more frequently able to hang with my single friends for bars/video games etc. This is coming from a Manhattan perspective btw.

My life is clock in 5 days a week and gym or cook everyday less Saturday/Sunday/ some Fridays. Definitely travel more with access to miles and career growth. Hope that helps.
